This app was created to help Clara keep track of her meals, and resulting allergic reactions (if any). If you're curious, you can read more about why this app was created here.
This app can be used to log:
- your daily meals
- pictures of your meals
- associated remarks
- an allergy rating for each meal

How to Log?
First, make sure you sign up for an account! Once you've logged in, you'll be taken to your personal feed where you can log a new meal. Here's a brief description of how to use the fields:

Which meal was this? Some suggestions: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Supper, Snack
What did you eat? Be as specific as you want here. To track food allergies, it is useful to list the individual components of the dish you ate. E.g. Tomatoes, cheese, wholemeal bread.
This is an integer between 1 to 5, where 1 means no allergic reaction and 5 means extreme allergic reaction. You can choose to leave this blank if you only want to track your food.
||Non-compulsory, but would make your log look prettier. We eat with our eyes too, right?
